What if I want to come to the showroom?

Our showroom is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with Saturday morning visits available by appointment only. To ensure you receive the best service, we recommend calling ahead before visiting. This allows us to prepare for your visit and provide dedicated time to discuss your project.

Do you take a deposit?

Confirm your quote with a 40% deposit. Our surveyor will then visit your home. This deposit is 100% refundable if the survey necessitates any project price changes. For your peace of mind, your deposit indemnity is automatically registered with the Plastic Window Federation, at no extra cost, guaranteeing against loss. 50% is payable when your bespoke products arrive at our warehouse. The final 10% is payable on completion once you are completely satisfied.

How long does installation take?

Your bespoke products typically arrive within 4 weeks. Our installation schedule is usually 6-8 weeks in advance, so please let us know if your project is time-sensitive. Our expert team aims to install two average-sized windows per day, and we can provide a more accurate installation estimate during your survey.

Our FENSA certification number is 33081. FENSA certification is exclusively provided where we install your windows and doors and is crucial when selling your property. This demonstrates compliance with building regulations and remains valid for the lifetime of the installation, reassuring potential buyers. In addition our installations include a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee, offering long-term peace of mind.
