The collection is best known for premium uPVC flush casement windows that replicate the look and proportions of nineteenth-century painted timber. The range includes Residence 9 (R9), Residence 7 (R7) and Residence² (R2), with each system sharing a flush exterior and differing in frame depth, sightline and internal detailing.

Because Residence windows use foiled uPVC rather than painted timber, the colour is bonded to the frame and made for everyday weather exposure without sanding or repainting. Grained White is the standard, and the collection offers a palette of 26 colours and finishes, with dual-colour options for different inside and outside finishes.

Monkeytail and Teardrop handles, peg stays and butt hinges in antique finishes, with square or decorative glazing beads to complete the period look.
Finishes are arranged into pricing groups, so the more specialist colours, metallics and woodgrain foils sit slightly above the standard shades.
